This machine can produce 3 layer or 5 layer air bubble film; it can also make multi layer film and forming to air bubble film.

UTOPLAS Five layer air bubble film lamination machine can make air bubble film/air bubble film sheet, air bubble film bag, perforate air bubble film. Air bubble film has been widely used in packaging, insulation and construction material fields.

Machine Introduction:

1. Film width from 1,000mm to 3,500mm

2. Finished film 5 layers: laminated layer + PE front layer + bubble layer + base layer + laminated layer

3. The laminated layer can be Aluminized foil, MPET foil, Kraft paper, EPE foam, BOPP film etc.

4. Bubble film thickness from 40gsm to 180gsm

5. Suitable raw material: LDPE/LLDPE(Virgin and 100% recycled material both ok)

LDPE MFI (Melt Flow Index): 2.0 ~ 2.5

LLDPE MFI (Melt Flow Index): 2.0 ~ 3.0

6. Default bubble round shape Φ10mm

7. Maximum rewinding diameter: 1200mm(accept large diameter customization)
