UTOPLAS stretch film machine uses LDPE or LLDPE as material to produce casting stretch film. Multi Screw Co-Extrusion, each screw allow different formulas to produce single side sticky stretch film, widely used in packaging of construction material, friction fittings, barrel film, barrel paper and hardware fittings. Screw and Barrel use 38CrMoAIA Alloy steel, with nitridation and special treatments. Machine cooling with water circulation, best cooling effect will get best transparency for stretch film.
