With high output and low products weight to save raw material cost, weight can be from 30 GSM to 300 GSM and the weight of each layer can be adjusted. The both mono layer or co-extrusion layer are available produced by our machine, co-extrusion for nylon air bubble film will be more strength. Air bubble film can be double side in-line lamination with other material to become 5 layers, or dual forming station for 7 layers.

It is fully automatic control by screen touch panel, and can choice option to include perforation device, lamination device and unloading air bubble film roll parts. etc.

Application could be air bubble film package, with aluminum foil laminated is for insulation material, higher weight air bubble film laminated with woven fabric can be for solar pool cover… with foam, kraft paper etc. for more applications.

2. Finished film 7 layers: laminated layer + base layer + bubble layer + PE middle layer + bubble layer + base layer + laminated layer

3. The laminated layer can be Aluminized foil, MPET foil, Kraft paper, EPE foam, BOPP film etc.

4. Bubble film thickness from 30gsm to 300gsm

5. Suitable raw material: LDPE/LLDPE(Virgin and 100% recycled material both ok)

LDPE MFI (Melt Flow Index): 2.0 ~ 2.5

LLDPE MFI (Melt Flow Index): 2.0 ~ 3.0

6. Default bubble round shape Φ10mm

7. Maximum rewinding diameter: 1500mm
